St Paul has declared Snow Emergency - 2/20
From St Paul:
On Sunday, February 20, 2011 beginning at 9:00 P.M.. All NIGHT ROUTES will be plowed. Included are all arterial or main streets posted with signs that say “NIGHT PLOW ROUTES” and one side of all north-south residential streets posted with signs that say “NIGHT PLOW ROUTE - THIS SIDE OF STREET.”
On Monday, February 21, 2011, beginning at 8:00 A.M., all DAY PLOW ROUTES will be plowed. Included are all non-posted east-west residential streets and the non-posted side of north-south residential streets.
Parking is banned until snow has been plowed to the curb.

2-19-2011 Snow
The Twin Cities Metro area is at the heart of the coming snow storm. Forecasts are estimating 10-14 inches with totals greater than 14 inches possible. The snow will start overnight with at least 1-2 inches by 6:00 am Sunday. The snow will be very heavy through the day with 10-12 inches likely through midnight tomorrow. The snow will be falling at a rapid rate particularly Sunday afternoon and evening. A lighter snow should continue Sunday night into Monday with another 3-4 inches of accumulation from midnight Sunday into Monday morning.
Reliable is bringing in extra equipment and personnel for this event and we will be on the properties as the snow begins to accumulate in the early morning. We will service all properties through the day; paying extra attention to locations requiring Sunday service. We will service all properties overnight Sunday into Monday morning. This storm and the estimated snow totals are changing hourly so I will continue to provide updates as this weather system progresses.
