Residential property management companies accused of illegal activity

UPDATE 5/6/2011 @ 4:00 pm

I am so sorry. Clarification is needed in the most recent Property Manager's Newsletter you received.

I wrote the letter below discussing a Minnesota House File accusing several property management companies of poor business practices. It states full support for the property management industry and that we have not experienced the claims made in the anonymous filing.

RJM Construction, NorthMarq Real Estate, Facilitech and Welsh Companies were not directly named in the filing as may be inferred from the letter. Again, I sincerely apologize for the lack of clarity.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Sincerely,

Jim Hansen
Chairman

UPDATE: This file has been pulled in the senate and is no longer under consideration.
