Commercial market coming back? Liberty Property Trust's purchase of land in Rogers hopes so

As I speak with property managers and land owners throughout the Twin Cities, many who have been skeptical in the past are becoming a bit more optimistic about the near-term for the Twin Cities' commercial market.

The purchase of 55 acres in Rogers, MN by Liberty Property Trust hopefully lends some reality to that feeling. As Liberty's Dave Jellison says in the MSP Business Journal's Jan 28 article, "Land is still a four-letter word."

We can only hope this and many other deals will continue in 2011.
