12-31-2011 PM Snow Service Plan Reliable Property Services
snow is falling at a rate of .75 inches per hour. There is 2-4 inches
possible before the snow stops around midnight or 1 am. We have crews out on locations that are open tonight and we will be
servicing all sites after the snowfall ends. The snow is very wet and
there is a lot of moisture due to the rain from earlier in the evening.
creating very slippery conditions. The temperatures are going to drop below freezing and the winds are
going to increase; sustained speeds of 20-25 mph and gusts over 30 mph
will be common tonight and Sunday. This will create additional icing
and also blowing and drifting potential through Sunday. We will shovel and plow all locations once the snow is finished and
apply de-icing products per the contract specifications. We will send
an update after midnight as we continue to follow the storm track and
adapt our service plan. Please call the office at 952-888-0222 with any service requests or
questions. Thank you, The Operations Team Reliable Property Services

12-30-2011 Snow possibility
Snow Forecast and Service Plan
12/29/2011
There is a band of snow heading towards the Twin Cities metro area. It is moving slower the original predictions, but there could be 1-3 inches of accumulation in the Twin Cities overnight and into the morning. The southern metro is predicted to have the higher accumulations with less in the north.
The timing of the snow could create significant issues for rush hour with the bulk of the snow beginning in the area around 1-2 am and the snow continuing until 9-10 am; there is the potential of flurries until noon.
Our crews are on alert and they will be servicing locations as the snow accumulates to the contract specifications. There is a good chance of accumulating snow into the morning rush hour; we will continue to service your properties throughout this time until the snow stops in mid-morning.
We will send an update in the early morning.
Please call the office at 952-888-0222 with any service requests or questions.
Thank you,
The Operations Team
