Snow has increased in intensity over the past 1-2 hours.
this morning. There is at least 1-1.5 inches in most areas of the metro
with 2+" east and southeast. It appears that we will receive at least
another 1-2 inches in the next 3-4 hours. We have crews and equipment in all areas and we are working to keep all
locations opened up and serviced. The continual snow during rush hour
and increased traffic will slow down our ability to move from location
to location. We will stay on top of the storm and continue servicing all lots, roads,
and sidewalks through the morning as the snow slows and eventually
stops. We will utilize deicing materials as needed and as the storm
winds down, There are still many areas of ice and snow in all areas of the metro,
the morning rush hour will be very difficult and slow due to the weather
conditions. Please call the office at 952-888-0222 with any service requests or
questions. Thank you, The Operations Team Reliable Property Services

heaviest snow is confined over the east metro now thru 9am. The snow
tapers to flurries and ends around noon. The far east and southeast
metro has a chance of possibly one additional inch of snow this morning.
There is the potential for less then 1" of additional snow over the rest
of the metro as the next band of precipitation moves through by noon. There are numerous icy and slippery areas on roads, walks, and lots. We
are currently using de-icing materials on all locations to alleviate the
slippery conditions. We will have crews and equipment on locations
through the morning hours dealing with slippery conditions and any
future snowfall. There are many areas of ice and some minor snow in all areas of the
metro, the morning rush hour will be very difficult and slow due to the
weather conditions. Please call the office at 952-888-0222 with any service requests or
questions. Thank you, The Operations Team Reliable Property Services
